Manage mails/calls, action responses, re-direct correspondence to appropriate contact in obtaining highly classified information. ? Overall Administration and Logistics (supervise staff records - attendance , overtime claims, leave plan, sick notification, promotion/appreciation, performance reporting/feedback, manage comprehensive record of service ability for all office assets/equipment and administration requests, propose budgetary provisions to Line Manager, raise General Stores Request, Material Requisition and manage Petty Cash accounts and control cash transactions.
