I am a Digital Marketing Manager who also works as a Virtual Assistant. I have advanced knowledge of the main components of Microsoft Office suite and have a subscription for Microsoft Office 365, which makes it easier to manage clients email accounts and calendars via Outlook. I have advanced knowledge Excel and can provide pre-formulated spreadsheets. I am also very familiar with OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access. For those who prefer Google, I am familiar with Google Drive docs and sheets also. I have worked with several CRMs including Infusionsoft and I have implemented the recruitment CRM TriSys, transferring information from the database, and integrating the system with the website and accounting software I am experienced in hosting, creating, and maintaining WordPress websites for clients. My area of excellence within digital marketing is AdWords ppc and increasing brand awareness through engagements across all the major social media platforms with particular expertise with Facebook engagement and ppc. I also have experience with email marketing using Mailchimp, AWeber and Get Response autoresponders. I have completed a full course to enable me to understand the implications and implementation of GDPR recently and feel I am in a good position to advise on the subject. I am looking to increase my client base and prefer to work with ongoing clients to enable both them and me to develop a good working relationship where I can learn to understand the nuances of how they like to work. I am happy to work in the capacity of digital marketing or personal assistance, or a mixture of both, and can be available for as little as a couple of hours a week.
