Over the past 5 years, I have gained diverse experience in both customer service and technical support. My communication skill has developed uniquely. While back-office work taught me a lot about outbound calls, email, processing documents and correspondence and entering data into multiple computer programs. I'm a self-motivated person who is never afraid to go beyond my comfort zone. Passionate who is constantly looking for an opportunity to grow. A novice who's hunger to learn and be trained.
