Native English speaker used to working to tight deadlines, accurate, diligent, versatile and creative. I was formally the sole journalist/editor of 'The Brit' which was an an English language newspaper based in Madeira. During my tenure, i was responsible for researching current events both in Madeira, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. In addition I also covered celebrity interviews - Terry Jones, Artur Pizzaro, Geraldine Chaplin, encouraged visitors to explore the island, wrote a sports round up, wrote about wines (under various pseudonyms) and was a point of contact for those who wrote in to either seek advice or comment on the paper. I currently have a play 'the Wedding Planner' under consideration with a publisher and my first novel 'Diary of a Diseased and Unsound Mind' has been published on Kindle and again is under consideration with another publisher.
