I have an extensive 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and Sales assisting U.S and Canadian Customers. I was trained at a large and top 10 call center in the Philippines and served as a Subject Matter Expert with my current job. I handled various accounts like Car Reservation, Sales, Retention, Billing, and Activation and some data entry work. I can provide ticket and support and I will do everything to assist the customers especially if they are having problems with the products and service that we are offering. I am a very detail oriented when it comes to different tasks like notating the accounts, dispositioning the call and sending emails. Over the years of my experience, I managed to hone the skills that are very much related to the industry that I'm working with such as, time management, adherence, a positive attitude not only as an individual but also with the team, patience, empathy, and sympathy. I am also a team player and can easily get along with the team. When there is a new task that is assigned to me, I will try harder to familiarize the new task or process so I can provide the best support to the customers. In addition to that, I am also proficient in using different tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and intermediate in using Excel. I know how Google+ apps works including google drive, calendar, Gmail etc. I can type fast 40-50 wpm. I'm a full-time freelancer and can work U.S, Australian and Canadian Business hours.
