I've been with Time Warner Cable as a customer support and tech specialist for more than 2 yrs, email and chat support for almost 3 yrs, been with SEO account as an appointment setter, Mortgage as appointment setter, Solar Panel account as sales rep and appointment setter, Sears Canada as sales rep and customer service rep, and also worked as a dispatcher in one of the biggest motor club in the USA. I am very well equip with English language, never got a negative feedback from American customers, also I'm good with google maps. If you are using different tools, don't worry I'm a fast learner I can easily learn what ever tools you are using. I am managing agents as well for the past 4 yrs and counting. I have done Quality Analyst jobs too, Recruitment and hiring agents, doing interviews and given them tests. I have my own office with 70 seats, 24" LED monitor, high specs CPU with UPS, a comfortable desk and arm chair, with generator set for outage purposes, we are using 200mbps fiber optic connection with 100mbps fiber optic as a back up. I can also provide you with good quality agents
