Once you are finished setting up your limited company in the United Kingdom(UK), there is a legal obligation for the company to file certain types of documents with the Companies House. Non-compliance to these could result in penalties and prosecutions. Here are some of the forms listed which are required to be filed;
- Confirmation statement (Form CS01)
- Accounts
- Change of name of your limited company (Form NM01-NM05)
- Change of registered office (Form AD01)
- Change of constitution (Form CC01-CC04)
- Appointment of a new director (Form AP01)
- PSC Forms
- Other appointments
- Change in share capital (Forms SH01-SH03)
For each form, there is a time frame within which the company should intimate the Companies House about the change that occurred in the affairs of the corporation. Upon non-compliance of these laws and regulations, the UK government will impose penalties.
I will guide you about the filing requirements of a company in the UK as per the applicable laws and regulations and file the form with the Companies House so that you can avoid penalties.
