• Financial Reporting and Analysis Job Description: FINANCE EXECUTIVE GENERAL ACCOUNTANT ACCOUNTANT AND FINANCE COORDINATOR • Thorough with Group Finance, Employee Manual, IT Policy • Handling computerized accounting and daily entries • Handling bank transactions such us corporate account, wire transfers, prepare manual cheques • Independently handle preparation of monthly accounts until finalization, bank and cash reconciliation, and consolidation of group accounts for Dubai & Saudi accounts, etc • Monitoring Accounts Receivable and Payables and ensuring timely collection and discharge of credit • Generate invoice. Interaction with other depths for smooth operation • Follow up clients payment on weekly basis and coordinates to concerned colleague for any other issues of the same • Establish, maintain, implementation of invoicing, accounting and finance control procedures • Overall develop and improve the current accounting system by making independent judgments’ within established policies and procedures, organize own work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines • Review and verify accuracy of data • VAT posting entries • Provide support as required, for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment • General update of Profit and loss account, balance sheet and ledgers-subsidiary accounts • Update monthly report to SAP system for group reporting for both Dubai and Saudi branch • Filling and organize daily receipts/payment vouchers, vendors invoices, client invoices, debit & credit notes, and any company related documents • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly & annual accounts. • Undertake administrative support to Admin and HR manager including assisting employees leave application, visa application, word processing, distribution of information, organizing and filing documents.
