• Wide Experience in US Retirement and Welfare Pension plan Administration. • Deep Knowledge of SunGard Relius (Pension Software) such as Pension Plan administration. • Exceptional knowledge of Defined contribution & Benefit plans administration. • Ability to prepare US Retirement Auditing and IRS 5500 Filing. • Fund analysis of daily/monthly reconciliations, contribution accruals, stock and monetary transactions, Account Balances and total assets held by the client. • Determining the contribution to be allocated to participants in a plan using various technical models (Actuarial Valuation) such as New Comparability and Social Security wage base model of Calculation. • Data reconciliation between broker statements to payroll uploads/Audit Reports. • Perform due diligence review of IRS 5500 filing for retirement plans. • Create VBA programs to automatically update Excel workbooks, encompassing class and program modules and external data queries. • Extensively use Excel functions in development, focusing on read/write integration to databases. • Strong analytical skills; support operations through analysis of key performance indicators and trends. • Rapidly adapt to new technologies and possess expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and broad range of statistical software.
