Since i already have experience in Investment Banking, I have gained a lot of exposure in terms of how the pitchbooks are created and what all information usually goes into them and the valuation. Have already created a couple of models based on valuation such as EPS Accretion, WACC analysis, comparative comparables etc. Also, have done a lot of benchmarking for various companies esp in Energy Sector.
