I am a Financial Analyst & Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and 5 and a half years of extensive experience with analyzing business data and providing key insights for the ‘numbers side’ of operations. As a person with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, I genuinely enjoy the process of analyzing financial results and KPIs and comparing them against budget and forecast and finding the reasons behind variances. For the past 5 and a half years, I have continuously been applying my quantitative skills in making demand, cash flow, and trend forecasts & predictions by using statistical forecasting methods. Having worked with more than 40 clients (domestic as well as international), I have done a number of investment analyses and have helped clients in the process of making optimal investment decisions by evaluating the Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of different investment opportunities. I strongly believe that, since we live in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, coding skills are an absolute must when doing any sort of data analysis, including analysis of financial data. By using my knowledge of the Structured Query Language (SQL) and the various Python libraries used for data analysis (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib), I am able to analyze data and find discrepancies more efficiently.
