Mortgage analyst with 04 YEARS of experience in US Mortgage Process. Roles and Responsibilities: ? The primary function of me as Associate is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers ? Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested. Order and coordinate loan documents. Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management. ? Ensuring all policies have been followed in the approval of a loan, all signatures are on all documents, and the loan documentation includes the correct data. ? Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing. Input proper loan information into the system for processing. ? Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy. ? Familiar with all mortgage documents. ? Use to work on ad-hoc projects required by the business unit ? Adhere to the appropriate requirements and policy guidelines ? The customers who are not able to make the monthly payments on their regular mortgage may approach the company in order to find an economical payment option or pursue a sale of the property so as to settle the loan .
