Finf job for HR , pay roll, 1. I can do something by excel, word. 2. Process my company compensation and benefits programs including (payroll deductions; overtime, shift payments, bonuses calculation; maintaining payroll records, etc.) for all staff, including submission to government (HI, SI, UI, PIT…). 3. Prepare internal & external reports (SI, HI, PIT) as required by Labor Law & company. 4. Frequently update HR database, employee files to ensure accuracy and that up-to-date information of all employees are stored. 5. Process, upload data on HR system and ensure all relevant data are updated in the system. 6. Follow, prepare and handle all matters related to new hires (offer letter, confirmation, labor contract, termination). 7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
