I am an executive chef who has been cooking and baking since I was 6 years old. I have a vast amount of experience which include recipe development from scratch or using particular customers products or meal occasions with dietary requirement. I have developed ready made meals for large supermarket chain stores as well as for franchise restaurants. I am also a trained food stylist and worked for one of the major Food magazines. I am born in South Africa and love all the rainbow flavours. I now stay in Ireland and have global cuisine exposure. I developed recipes for housewives that were shown on t.v and I have done a lot of demonstrations and cooking training courses. I have real love for the food industry and really enjoy writing recipes for blogs, websites, video production, meal production and have vast experience in savoury and sweet.
