• PHD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 17+ years of experience in fraud prevention investigation, detection, with 6 years in a management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in machine learning and data mining techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and tools, including data analytics, fraud detection software, and investigation methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.
• Experience working with law enforcement agencies and external partners.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals and objectives.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity.

Experience in Fraud in Finance Banking, Energy, Pharma, IT Companies, Blockchain

• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies that leverage machine learning and data mining techniques to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Monitor transactions and detect signs of fraudulent activity using advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Conduct investigations of suspected fraud cases using data analysis techniques and work with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Manage a team of fraud prevention specialists and provide training and guidance to ensure a high level of performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective fraud prevention practices.
• Analyze data and provide insights into fraud trends and patterns to inform fraud prevention strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging fraud risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.
