I have experiences in the areas; self-help, well-being, health and fitness, meditation, and spirituality. I studied Natural Medicine for two-years, certification as a Pilate teacher. I am Native American my spirituality comes from life-skills, and years of studying meditation. I understand the request for freelance writers to be professional writers or journalists. Although I believe there is another level, which should be considered; writers with a passion to write on specific topics they have acquired through life-skills.
