As a Freelance Recruiter, I perform following tasks in Recruitment process: - Understanding & capturing all the key highlights of Position Specifications. - Mapping the relevant target industries and companies - Mining the databases ( Captive database, Job Portal database ) - Explore other sources like networking, references etc - Placing advertisements on Job Portals (if required) - Screening & Preparing the list of suitable candidates - Shortlisting the candidates and preparing Candidate Profile worksheet - Submission of CVs in proper format to HR Manager - Feedback & discussion with the HR/Line Manager for further shortlisting - Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates - Tracking the candidates till the joining
