    • Prepare data of product, customer, supplier in quick book.

    • Prepare different type of report like sales & purchase report, client summary

    • Maintain top customer list, product list, price comparison list

     

    Excel Skill & Power Point Skill : 

    Picking Slip Management

    • Generate picking slips based on sales orders. 
    • Ensure accurate item details (product name, quantity, SKU, location). 
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking. 
    • Verify picked items against the slip before dispatch. 
    • Maintain records of all picking slips. 

  •  Inventory Tracking

    • Maintain and update inventory records in Excel or ERP systems. 
    • Monitor stock levels and record incoming and outgoing items. 
    • Track daily stock movement (sales, returns, transfers). 
  • Data Management

    • Enter and verify inventory data with high accuracy.
