The scope of the project is to create an in company freelancer website, where in it has two types of users customers and contractors. Customer will post the project, search for the contractors, and Select the skilled contractor. Contractors will search for projects, bid on projects, once selected they will submit the terms and conditions for customers approval Once it is agreed by both parties then the money is placed in Escrow. Once job is complete, customer agrees it is complete, and releases money. At the backend there will be a complete web administration system where in admin could able to manage the customers and contractors online, view/Remove all the projects posted, Review all the payments done, Modify /Update all the contents in the website.
