I am not expert in front end developer till now but every time i work in a project i do all of my best to make it amazing as well as experts ... and i believe that any problem has another solution it can be less money and time consumption . i can do the following : 1- make a sketch for your website ( wireframe ) 2- use html , css , js ,ES6 , JQ ,Bootstrap , mediaQ to convert the sketch to beautiful and responsive website .
