A Phone System for organizing incoming/outgoing calls across the globe with advanced analytic and reporting capabilities (System Generated Reports that are need for billing process) with toll-free via hard phones and softphone online. 

My responsibilities will be:
• Maintaining the phone system (FusionPBX) and its devices (Hardphones and Softphones) in good condition.

• Expanding the phone system as needed: Create new internal and external service line as requested.

• Organized incoming calls by its designated department or personnel.

• Monitored Incoming and Outgoing calls also securing a good voice quality

Technology used/needed:

• FusionPBX/FreeSwitch (Phone System – powered by Linux)

• Softphone/Hardphone

• Networking Devices (node to node)/network relevant
