 I served as General Manager for the Philippine team of a US-based Merchant Services company, where I am responsible for the overall production in the Philippines. I handled 56 employees here and internationally My scope of responsibilities covers social media management, administration tasks, hiring, employee management, and integrations, among others. Prior to this, I served as a Project Manager for an eCommerce business. 


As a Project Manager, I developed strong customer service skills, handling different types of customers for various campaigns. I've worked on different tools, email communications, reports, and business reviews for managers and clients. 


I also received extensive training in sales and customer experience. In my previous role, I managed tasks such as payroll, Excel files, transcription, web search, and reporting, honing my multitasking, editing, and writing skills. As a coach, I have experience in team member training, live call monitoring, and side-by-side barging, which have improved my listening skills and provided me with the ability to provide effective solutions to operational challenges.


 I value embracing change and I am open to constructive criticism and new ideas. I have a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and take accountability for my work. Having worked with various clients over the years, I have developed strong social media skills and have created notable social media empires for different brands and celebrities internationally.
