I actually have degrees in both graphic design and editing. If you need someone to edit and design your publication, I can do both. I worked for 13 years as an editor, mainly on nationally distributed magazines sold both by subscription and newsstands. In addition, I have worked on books. I have worked on both consumer publications and trade (legal) titles. I graduated with my English degree Cum Laude, with an emphasis in composition. On the design side, I received a 4.0 in all my major classes (if I had taken one more class, I would have qualified for Magna Cum Laude). I have experience using all the Adobe design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Pro, as well as Quark XPress.
