I have over 27 years of Human Resources experience in which customer service and data entry was a big part of my duties. I have had constant verbal and written communication with managers, employees, and union officials. I provided counseling to employees regarding retirement, disability, death benefits and insurance benefits. I independent case management of the workers’ compensation program for employees who were injured on the job. Processed claims and coordinated the cases with employees’ supervisors, the Department of Labor and other Federal agencies in order to adequately monitor the injury compensation program. Reviewed and analyzed medical documentation to ensure that it met the requirement of the program. Updated excel spreadsheets with employee information.
