Average candidate-to-placement ratio of 3:1. Negotiate with "C" levels, Vice Presidents, and Directors to close multiple contracts in excess of $100,000. Create win-win hiring solutions by negotiating compensation packages with starting salaries ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 and first year cash compensation totals ranging from $80,000 to $200,000+.
