I have extensive experience with all aspects of HubSpot. I was certified however, it expired recently. I am currently building Workflows in HubSpot for two clients so I understand exactly how it works. It requires a bit of detective work to see how each client uses their instance of HubSpot and which fields will be used to trigger the automation and set up the workflow. I also bring years of marketing experience so I can give you advice on what to include in the workflow such as re-sending unopened emails, how much time in between in each step, sending alerts to sales to follow-up with the lead, etc. I have also written hundreds of sales and marketing emails so I can help with that as well.
