• Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants, notifying existing staff of internal opportunities, maintaining personnel records, obtaining temporary staff from agencies. • Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications. • Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures. • Tracks and resolves problems and checks system operations as scheduled. • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies • Confidentiality and high level of personal integrity. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Record keeping and maintaining and retrieving company files, information, schedules and relevant information. • Maintains office neatness and order. • General upkeep of premises, office furniture procurement, maintenance and disposal of office items.
