With over ten (10) years of cognate experience in executive HR positions in diverse organisations, I come with robust expertise in organizational and employee development with strong strategic and analytical background in developing and driving strong corporate cultures and people processes and programmes for the improvement of the business concerns of all the stakeholders.

I started the HR department from scratch in most of my past organisations. I introduced as well as led the adoption of all people processes, systems, policies, and procedures that improved team bonding and increased employee productivity appreciably. For example, in one of the companies, I introduced an employee engagement programme that solved the employees’ complaints of management aloofness and indifference to them in the different branches of the organisation.

 In my past employments, I also developed productivity metrics (KPIs) and established performance development and career planning programmes that utilised both internal and external development opportunities for employees. 

I am highly organised and my computer proficiency is excellent.
