I have worked with growing and diverse companies for the past 13 years, 10 being in direct HR roles developing and driving talent strategies and initiatives across multiple areas (diversity and inclusion, OD, L&D, onboarding and recruiting). My drive and passion have pushed me to have a fulfilling career with opportunities within a variety of industries with both domestic and global presence. Each path has expanded my knowledge, skills and abilities to strategically and tactically support business and HR leaders with priorities to attract, engage, develop and retain top talent for business success. I enjoy working both autonomously and in collaborative roles, partnering with small teams and clients to transfer business strategies into executable and measurable solutions. I'm a thought partner and consultant both in the moment along with taking time to think deeper through the problem, diagnosing the root cause and presenting several creative proposals.
