I have a 5 months work experience as a HR Staff Coordinator. My most job responsibility is to coordinate with every people/person who have a concerns or questions or something that is related to our company industry, i'm also handling event planning such as Birthday Bash every month, Theme Day for our employees to improve their creativity with their works and also to be more passionate. Surprise activity, to help them more active and aggressive etc.
