Quality of recording and pace of conversation as well as accents can drastically impact the speed of transcription, so I don't believe in charging an hourly rate as it can be completely unpredictable how long a transcription will take. By only charging fixed price, you are guaranteed to get your transcribed recording that you want for the agreed price, with no asks for more time or money. I am 100% reliable - I go into a cold sweat when I am even a minute late for a meeting! I will apply common sense to the work - if something looks wrong, I am available throughout the week and can align to your preferred working day. My goal is to make sure the assignment is completely professionally, quickly and to a high standard so that you end up using me again! I very much hope we end up working together.
