These are the question I ask when doing a pre-qualification:
-how much is your monthly bill?
-who is your electricity provider?
-how old is your roof? Is it shingles or tiles?
-are there any trees on your property that will shade the roof?
-is your credit score at least 650 or more?
-is your combined taxable income at least $40K or more annually?
If the lead passes the qualification then I booked an appointment for you.
I usually work for an hourly rate of $7/hour + $10/appointment.
