With more than 30 years experience, I started as programmer in early 80's when I was a teenager, and I worked as developer for many hospitals. On 90's i was a co-founder of a Bbs Network and later I co-founded one of the first Internet Service Provider in Milan. Since 2000's I've been working as consultant for many companies suggesting which infrastructure use and sometimes I follow personally the entire process of infrastructure building, starting from the xDSL router, until the configuration of lan printer. I continue to follow my customers and remotely I check backups, monitoring lan, and servers. I've matured experience with ticketing, and remote supporting using many software (Supremo, Teamviewer, Logmein, etc.).
