I have been educated and trained to perform a wide variety of Information Technology tasks. My education came from a local community college in Pittsburgh, PA. It was there that I obtained a basic knowledge of the Information Technology industry. After I graduated from college, I was immediately hired as an intern at a growing software company. The Operations Manager took me under his wing and trained me to become a "jack of all trades" in the Information Technology industry. Later on, I was hired by this same company as an Operations Engineer and continued to take on greater responsibility and acquire new skills.
