I have diverse experience with in-classroom teaching, instructional design and ILT program development for educators and organizations. I can help transform your ILT or in-classroom style lessons to online learning programs, and help convert Flash programs to HTML5 before the end of the year. I have my M.Ed (Masters in Education), with a concentration in Educational & Instructional Technology. The program had a focus on curriculum design and development for blended learning, online/distance education and scenario-based learning programs for varying industries, utilizing adult learning theories and learner-centered design approaches. My preferred methodology for creating learning programs is rapid prototyping, to deliver the best quality learning program.
