10 Years of extensive Engineering and Design experience of Onshore / Offshore Oil & Gas facilities including but not limited to following: Leading the teams for the successful completion of multiple projects that are under my supervision. Development of Engineering packages for project proposals and Basis of design (BOD). Preparation of proposals both for EPC and Engineering Design Jobs, Revamping Jobs for Onshore & Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities. Development of System specifications for Control system (DCS / PLC / ESD/ RTU / F&G / RTG / TMS), process analyzers, field instrumentation & installation materials. Development of Detail engineering packages for Instrumentation, sizing & selection of field instrumentation, location plan & layouts diagram, loop drawings, logic drawings, wiring interconnection & hook-up/installation drawings for Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities. Development of Functional specifications, Control Narratives, Cause & Effect Matrix, Scope of Work (SOW), BOQs, RFQs (Requisitions), Technical Bid evaluation reports & Vendor Doc. review. Participation in Pre-FAT & FAT activities on Greater RIMA Project for Honeywell Control and Safety System. Design or modify process control loops (temperature, level, pressure and flow control), safety shutdown logic (unit shutdown, facility emergency shutdown, etc.), in conjunction with the process control and safety needs. Project management services as procurement support & construction support. Development of proposals, CTR (Man-hour Estimations), project schedule, project budget / cost estimation. Well familiar with the International standards like IEC, ISO, ANSI/ISA, NFPA, NEC, AGA, API, ASME and Client specific standards such as Shell DEPs and Saudi Aramco Standards. Software Skills includes Smart Plant Instrumentation (INtools) all Modules. Proficiency in SPR, AutoCAD, Microstation, MS Office etc.
