(ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001/45001). 3) QMS, EHMS Implementation, Reviewing procedures/templates and conduct audit to ensure compliance to accept quality/security models or standards provide the strategic analysis for quality and system implementation. 4) Conduct QHSE Induction and Safety induction training for newly joined employees, visitors and Integrated Process Related QHSE awareness Training. 5) Collecting The Customer Satisfaction Survey And Analysis The Survey With Action Plans 6) Maintaining Quality objectives and KPI Data Trend analysis and prepare the action plans for achieve objectives. 7) Prepare and follow up of audit plans, inspection plan, calibration plan etc... 8) Conduct the internal audit for all the sites and Dept. . . . 9) Arranging Management reviews meetings and effectiveness follow up. 10) Involved new project discussion meeting and prepare the Customer QHSE Requirements, QC Documents, method Statement, Task Risk Assessments, and HSE Plans. 11) Maintaining Legal compliance follows up and registers. 12) Handling and maintaining incident management system. 13) Conducting and following necessary HSE reports & summarizing audit results & pending actions. 14) Plan and conduct Spot checks/audits for various teams. Escalate quality or safety compliance issues to the reporting top management. 15) Prepare and conduct the monthly Safety meetings and Statics Report. 16) Liaise with external bodies and various teams for the closure of audit findings and conducting follow-up. Audit to ensure effective closure of non-conformances. 17) Ensure Latest fabrication drawings are available at site and being used for fabrication. 18) Reviewing all related documents like ITP and QAP 19) Follow and Implementation of all QA/QC procedure and Quality Plans 20) Preparing of all QA/QC Documents and gets approval from client and TPI Inspector 21) stage wise inspection. Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan. 22) To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes. 23) Review all the related documents and release the fabrication Spools for packing and Loading. 24) Maintaining Instrument and safety tools calibration tracking and follow up. 25) Maintaining PPE Requirements.
