Currently working as an Internet/Web Research and Data Entry Expert, Customer Service Specialist focusing on both Inbound and Outbound with Sales/Upselling experience, Fluent in both English and Filipino Previously worked as a Human Resource Head, BPO Trainer and Team Manager. Was a Recruitment Supervisor for 2 years at the same time holding the position of Employee Engagement Supervisor. A Subject Matter Expert in one of the Top BPO Company in the Philippines for almost 3 years. Also worked as an Analyst who provided meaningful Customer Satisfaction feedback being used by Convergys’ Major clients. These results are being used to review organizational and service effectiveness. Previously a Human Resource Head for a start-up BPO Company, responsible for any decision making on all Core HR functions and day to day management. Created Job Descriptions for all positions of the Company. Dealt with Performance Issues. Planned for Employee Retention Programs and Social related functions of the Company. Created and maintained a Succession Plan for all critical positions. Processed the Payroll and ensured all documents submitted to the Company are legal and authentic. Handled the HRIS of the Company. I also created the pool of applicants and conducted exams and interviews. Was sent to Tennessee to be trained and train the people back in Manila for the start-up of the Healthcare Department Contact Center of SPI Technologies. Also acted as the Officer in Charge of the Department and contact person of the US Based clients. During Junior High days, started working for our family business. Prepared contracts, monitored the proper implementation of client’s contract, ensured complete manning and work schedules, and attended to the concerns of major clients. Served as an Overall Administrative Officer.
