Repairs to IT equipment purchased or which may be covered by standard warranty's. The on site engineers provided by MVP can visit the office location of equipment that is faulty and either repair it from spare parts you ship or that we have on hand. We can assist the customer to order additional parts from the suppliers. As an alternative to office visits, faulty equipment, such as laptops, can be dropped off at our office location.
