• Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting and placing technical and non-technical candidates • Developing own relationships with present/potential clients, creating applicants database, applicant interviews, reference checks, client/employee relations, employee pay rates, client billing rates. • Experienced in sourcing consultants related to Pharmaceuticals, Financial/Banking, Clinical Research, Medical College, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Healthcare and Media and Professional Services Firms. • Preliminary interview and negotiations with identified candidates. • Sourced candidates using traditional and creative recruitment techniques: internet searches (job boards and others), referral generations, company's database, networking, cold calling and recently using social media (Linked in, Face Book, Twitter, Hi5 and My Space). • Responsible in posting the Requirements on various job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, Indeed, Zip recruiter ) etc • Negotiated rates with candidates and clients respectively to obtain optimum gross profit and overall business satisfaction. • Also done the resume formatting as per the client specific and company specific format. • Evaluated selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with account manager personnel.
