• Understanding the Requirements from the Clients. • Excellent skills in Job Portals(naukri, shine),Sourcing CV’s from Job Portals&employee references and sourcing candidates from LinkedIn • Screening and short listing the CVs in response to advertisement and our database • Briefly explaining the Candidate about the Job profile and other Salary Details offered by the client. Sending Suitable CVs to respective Clients • Acknowledgement and follow up the feedback from the client about the CVs and the Short listed Candidate. • Making arrangement for the Interviews (Face to Face Interview &Telephonic Interview). • Maintaining information about candidates, client’s requirements. • Have closed positions at various levels ranging from Mid Level to Senior Level. • Receiving and sending the mails to client and candidates.
