I consider myself to be a strong IT all-rounder. I began my career in hardware support before moving onto software support and development and then into IT Management. This varied background has proved to be of great benefit in recent roles working for end-users where you can face very different problems from one day to the next. To compliment my IT skills, I have had to develop strong communication skills as recent roles have meant I have had to work with users on all levels from factory machine operator to group chairman both face to face and using the telephone. My current role has the additional challenge of the user base being spread over Europe, Asia, and the USA with the majority not having English as a first language. I am always keen to learn new skills and to put these new skills into practice to the benefit of the customer. I am a very dedicated worker and always give every new project or support request my best attention often working out-of-hours to ensure each job is completed to both my own high standards and the customers' satisfaction.
