I have had quiet a lot of experiences in my 5-years IT career, starting from programming desktop apps, mobile apps and web apps, then i moved towards IT support because i find myself more interested in it and having knowledge of programming gives me an advantage of how things work and how they fail, and what is the optimal solution to fix them. I provide remote support, to fix the problems and make sure that they never occur again.
