Jon Kenny is one of Ireland’s leading theatre actors and comedy entertainers. As one half of the comic duo D’Unbelievables, he toured extensively and appeared on several television shows with Pat Shortt. Kenny’s creative partnership with Shortt began in the late 1980s when the pair founded the Southern Comedy Theatre Company, which led to the formation of the infamous D’Unbelievables. He has appeared on stage, in film and on television throughout his career. Kenny, 64, lives in Limerick with his wife, Margie. The couple have two grown-up children.
