I'm a qualified lawyer with an experience of about 9 years in the field of law. My area of work revolves around providing legal consultation in both civil & criminal law, corporate law, contract law, Intellectual Property laws, Consumer laws, Banking & Finance law and related matters. I also draft and review various types of legal documents e.g. MOUs, different types of agreements/contracts, deeds of conveyance and other legal documents. Besides this, I also do patent search, trademark search and also draft IP related agreements. I just take up 1-2 projects at a time which helps me to focus on that very project and deliver the same at the earliest possible time. I'm fluent in English as I hold my graduation and master degree in English language beside my LL.B. Having law background definitely helps to have a broader perspective while doing the aforesaid work and also helps in giving better inputs to the clients.
