I am an experienced civil litigation, criminal defense, family, & Native American/Indegenous law attorney, with a great deal of research, writing, motions practice, and courtroom experience. My civil litigation background includes but is not limited to construction defect, landlord-tenant, real estate, quiet title, intellectual property, and a wide range of contract disputes. Prior to law school I was a paralegal for nearly 3 years, so I am also very familiar with the running of a law office from accounts receivable/timeslips/bookkeeping to maintaining litigation calendars/tickler systems and all facets of trial prep. I was forced to cease my full-time legal practice due to medical limitations. However, I still greatly enjoy research, writing, and other areas of legal practice and am able to work part-time in a remote capacity.
