2. Conducting training and workshops on lean six sigma principles and methodology for all levels of employees, from senior management to frontline staff. 

3. Leading and coaching Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt projects within the organization. 

4. Conducting process audits and providing recommendations for improvement. 

5. Analyzing data and presenting results to help identify process improvements and new opportunities for cost savings. 

6. Writing reports and making presentations to upper management on the benefits of lean six sigma and how it can be used to improve the bottom line. 

7. Developing and implementing lean six sigma tools and templates for use across the organization. 

8. Facilitating kaizen events and other improvement initiatives. 

9. Providing support to organization members who are working on Six Sigma projects. 

10. Acting as a change agent to help the organization successfully navigate the implementation of lean six sigma principles.
