I received my Master's Degree in Education in December 2007. Following that, I proceeded to design and teach a course in MySQL and PHP at Bucks County Community College for four terms. I left the teaching to pursue other endeavors, but the course I designed is still being used in 2015. I was recently invited back to teach the course, but could not because of scheduling conflicts. My favorite age group is elementary, second grade in particular. This is the age where most kids are becoming literate, passing into Piaget's concrete operational stage of development, and latching on to a love of learning when it is nurtured. Each of my lesson plans attempts to take into account that each child is a unique individual, and most lessons are taught to students at a wide range of levels of skill, with a wide range of learning styles.
