I am currently a full time level 2 certified Xactimate estimator here in Nashville, TN that has been using Xactimate for around 5 years and have an estimated 800-900 estimates under my belt (I can share any of them with you as reference) and dozens of macros. I also have all my own pre fabricated documents to use if you do not or need help developing your own (Work Authorization forms, COS form, equipment and labor tracking docs, etc.as well as cloud based job tracking software which I can customize for your company as well). I have multiple clients that I do all of their estimating for and over the past 2-3 years we have built a great relationship and had a lot of success! I have multiple estimates and invoicing templates that I use that help my clients maximize what they make for every mitigation and reconstruction estimate that we submit to the carrier. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from MTSU. I was also a home builder for 12 years and very familiar with reading blueprints. Certified in IICRC fire, flood/water, and mold. I can “white glove” my services for you depending on your needs and fees are flexible. I have some clients that just have me build their mitigation and recon estimates, then I have some that have me also negotiate them through with the insurance companies.
