M&A research, deal structuring, deal evaluation, business valuation, negotiation consulting, performance of due diligence; deal terms review and consulting, identification of efficiency and synergies, and integration support. Experience includes corporate and non-profit support of several deals ranging between $1 and $30M. Also includes research and approach for complex deal to acquire intellectual property.
